No Imam in our country demanded the inclusion of Criminal Shariath law for the god fearing members of Islam in India.

The Main concerns of this Qazi’s is that the fear of loosing their role and high handedness among their believers. The Indian constitution came up with this new strict directive to counter the fake Marriages being conducted, especially by Islamic frauds to cheat their own women folks. Even in Kerala evils like Arabi Kalyanam and Mysore Kalyanam prevalent among Malabar Muslims will come under legal scanner , if it’s violated.
