But there is one less highlighted fact- This? Retired Jihadi Terrorist was staying in an Inspection Bungalow of KeralaState Electricity Board in Palakkad when this incident happened

 

What was the reason why this Government Bungalow accommodated a deadly Jihadi terrorist ? He is neither a Government servant nor a Elected representative – But a criminal with a dubious past, who still have pending cases in court for fomenting Communal hatred.
