“Useful Idiots” in Dhimmi India

Dear Sir,

Reference Vir Sanghvi’s  ” A bogus mirror of jehadi terrorism ” – (TNSE – 31 Jan ).

Compliments to Sanghvi for the courage displayed to write on a ‘ taboo subject ‘ in politically correct and ” DHIMMI ” India, and for TNSE in having published the Article. However, the scholarship suffers from a ‘serious’ shortcoming, thus leaving it only half completed. The ‘Intellectual Kshatriya’, (late) Sita Ram Goel, in his numerous scholarly treatises had written:

 ” I have wondered over the years why we Hindus have remained preoccupied with the behaviour patterns of Muslims and Christians and not with the belief systems which create those behaviour patterns. We object to Christian missions, but refuse to discuss Christianity and its God, Jesus. We object to Islamic terrorism, but refuse to have a look at islam and its Prophet Muhammad. I see no sense of logic in this Hindu habit”.

Case in point in Sanghvi’s writing !!

” The case of Umar is instructive because it demonstrates the extent to which global Islam has been hijacked by fundamentalists who twist the Quran to preach a deadly dogma in which the whole point of violence is the violence itself”.

Further.

” They engage in violence because they are told that nearly everybody who is not like them is evil and deserves to die”.

And.

” The real provocation is the perversion of Islam by jehadi preachers who have succeeded in winning converts even among Muslims born to privilege – – -.”

India born and U.S. exiled, Muslim apostate scholar Ibn Warraq is the author of an extremely lucid ” Why I Am Not A Muslim “ (Prometheus Books, N.Y, USA). In a statement issued post 9/11 in the USA, Ibn Warraq stated:

” However, to pretend that Islam has nothing to do with Terrorist Tuesday (9/11) is to wilfully ignore the obvious and to forever misinterpret events. Without Islam the long-term strategy and individual acts of violence by Osama bin Laden and his followers make little sense. The West needs to understand them in order to be able to deal with them and avoid past mistakes. We are confronted with Islamic terrorists and must take seriously the Islamic component. Westerners in general, and Americans in particular, do not understand the passionate, religious, and anti-western convictions of Islamic terrorists. These God-intoxicated fanatics blindly throw away their lives in return for the Paradise of Seventy Two Virgins offered Muslim martyrs killed in the Holy War against all infidels”. 

He talks of ‘Americans in particular’. In the case of ‘DHIMMI’ India, it ought to be multiplied ‘ infinite times ‘ over !!

The fact of the matter is Jihad is a religious war with those who are unbelievers in the mission of the Muhammad [the Last Prophet]. It is an incumbent religious duty, established in the Qur’an and in the Hadis as a divine institution, and enjoined specially for the purpose of advancing Islam and repelling evil from Muslims.The world is divided into two spheres, Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb. The latter, the Land of Warfare, is a country belonging to infidels which has not been subdued by Islam. The Dar al-Harb becomes the Dar-al Islam, the Land of Islam, upon the promulgation of the edicts of Islam. Thus the totalitarian nature of Islam is nowhere more apparent than in the concept of Jihad, the Holy War, whose ultimate aim is to conquer the entire world and submit it to the one true faith, to the law of Allah. To Islam alone has been granted the truth: there is no possibility of salvation outside it. Muslims must fight and kill in the name of Allah.

The Holy Quran, the ‘ word ‘ of the ‘ Only True God ‘ states (to cite a few) :

(a) – IX. 5-6 : “ Kill those who join other gods with God wherever you may find them” ;
 (b) – IV.76: “ Those who believe fight in the cause of God ”;
(c) – VIII.39-42: “ Say to the Infidels: if they desist from their unbelief, what is now past shall be forgiven; but if they return to it, they have already before them the doom of the ancients! Fight then against them till strife be at an end, and the religion be all of it God’s ” ;
(d) – IV.74: “ Let those who fight in the cause of God who barter the life of this world for that which is to come; for whoever fights on God’s path, whether he is killed or triumphs, We will give him a handsome reward ”.  Islamic scholars have interpreted the ” handsome reward ” hereafter as an everlasting residence in the Highest Heaven, which the Hadis literature designates as ‘Jannat-ul-Firdaus ‘. And, the elevation of this Highest Heaven from the Normal Heaven is equal to the difference between the latter and Earth!! (Hadis – Sahi Muslim No: 4645)

Similarly, the ‘ traditions of the Prophet ‘ or the ‘ Hadis ‘ has a whole corpus of literature enunciated by respected Islamic scholars. The six standard Sunni collections of Traditions or Hadis, include Al-Bukhari, Ibn’l-Hajjaj, Al-Tirmzi,As-Sajistani, Sahih Muslim and Abu Nasai.

 A few examples.

” It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: ‘ One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did express any desire [or determination] for Jihad died the death of a hypocrite”- (Sahih Muslim No: 4606). Or.

” It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah who said: ‘ I heard the Messenger of Allah say: I would not stay behind (when) an expedition (for Jihad was being mobilised) if it were (not) going to be too hard upon the Believers – -. By the Being in whose Hand is my life, I love that I should be killed in the way of Allah; then I should be brought back to life and be killed again in his way”. (Sahih Muslim No: 4631)

In his book ” Islam and Terrorism ” (2004), Pakistani author and U.K. exiled (late) Anwar Shaikh (1928-2006), sets out to discover and reveal the scriptural and historical roots of Islam’s current involvement with terrorism.Today, in the West, many of them are no longer prepared to swallow the easy answer that terrorism is un-Islamic and that it is only advertised as an Islamic Holy War by misguided individuals unrepresentative of true Islam.

Mr. Shaikh says that Mohammed himself was a terrorist, the most authoritative precedent for contemporary Islamic terrorists. To prove his point, he presents long lists of quotations from the Quran, the better-known Hadith (tradition of the Prophet) and also some lesser-known Hadith collections. In this respect, his book is a treasure-trove of first-hand data on the foundations of Islam and its doctrine of Holy War (Jihad). In Jihad, it is perfectly permitted to deceive the unbelievers and subject them to terror. Anwar Sheikh provides all the scriptural references plus many precedents from history. Suffice it to say there is ample evidence that Islam permits, and that by his personal example or by that of the men under his command, Mohammed has given permission for abduction, extortion, rape of hostages, mass-murder of prisoners, assassinations of enemies and dissidents, breaking of the conventions of civilized warfare, breaking of treaties, and suicide missions. 

From Osama bin Laden to the murderers of children in Beslan, North Ossetia, to the ‘ blasts unlimited in India ‘, the Islamic terrorists are faithful followers of the Prophet.

Where then is the ‘perversion of Islam’ as alluded by Vir Sanghvi please? Any answers?

To conclude, in the words of Ibn Warraq:

” Instead, the so-called experts on Islam in western universities, in the media, in the churches and even in government bureaus have become apologists for Islam. They bear some responsibility for creating an atmosphere little short of intellectual terrorism where any criticism of Islam is denounced as fascism, racism, or “orientalism.” They bear some responsibility for lulling the public into thinking that “The Islamic Threat ” is a myth. It is our duty to fight this intellectual terrorism. It is our duty to defend the values of liberal democracy”.

In the words of the Iranian Shia Muslim Amil Imani, exiled in the USA :

 ” Islam enjoys a large and influential ally among the non-Muslims: A new generation of “Useful Idiots” , the sort of people Lenin identified living in liberal democracies who furthered the work of communism. This new generation of Useful Idiots  also live in liberal democracies, but serves the cause of Islamofascism—another virulent form of totalitarian ideology”.

We could safely add ‘ DHIMMI India ‘ also onto the list !!
