Tough time for Kairali TV

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The viewers would always remember the face of Kairali TV’s news reader when he forced to say with his depressed face that BJP is leading in Gujarat!!

The Kairali channel tried their level best to keep up their viewers spirit till the last moment by showing less leading for BJP and more seats for Congress (Anti BJP Front as per Kairali TV). When whole Kerala visual channels were showing BJP leading in 89 seats and Congress in 45, the CPI(M) channel was showing BJP 45 & ‘Anti BJP Front” in 47 seats!

By the time BJP state leader P.K. Krishnadas was in Kairali TV studio and the news reader shoot a question to him “Congress is ahead in Gujarat, what is your reaction?”. Krishnadas who was unaware the actual leading position trust on Kairali’s figure and could not give proper answer. Even Kairali shows Flash News for more than 20 minutes that “Setback to BJP in Gujarat”. But Kairali could not keep this spirit for long time, after 30 minutes they forced to say BJP is heading to power in Gujarat.

The viewers of Kairali TV must thank their channel for keeping them in good spirit for at least few minutes!
