‘The Hindu’ Regrets false Reports about Gujarat Government

On May 5, 2007 “The Hindu” The National Daily reported a false and misleading report on the police investigation of alleged police encounter with Jihadi terrorists and subsequent investigation. The Hindu falsely reported that the Government was involved in the interference of police investigation and suppression of Smt.Geetha Johiri’s report on the investigation submitted to the government.

The Hindu in its report alleged the collusion of the state government in suppressing and interfering with police investigation and Johiri’s report. The Hindu report also fabricated news alleging that Johiri’s report contains allegation against the Gujarat government. Later Johri rejected the Hindu report and admitted that she never made such claims of government interference as falsely alleged in the Hindu report. Confronted by the Gujarat government, The Hindu regretted its baseless report.

The implications of the fake Hindu report about Gujarat government on Hindu population are enormous. Unless great vigilance is exercised, we are all likely to find more such media reports. Indian media are incapable of critical thought, and in a deep sense are more anti-Hindu and anti-national. Instead of fighting injustice and terrorism wherever it occur, they turn a blind eye if it is on Muslim barbarity on Hindus. It is the betrayal of the media. It is the moral breakdown of news papers like ‘The Hindu’.

Media in India is engaged in information-psychological warfare against Hindus leading to destruction of Hindu minds, damage to psychical state, change or destruction of Hindu values and destruction of the country. Reasoning alone with these immoral monster media system will not work, and the majority people have to use additional tools in unmask error and also to defend truth. Much is at stake in the battle for minds, and no Hindu should remain ignorant about it
