Support E-TV & E-Nadu group : Narendra Modi
AHMEDABAD : Chief Minister Narendra Modi today lashed out against Congress role in Andhra Pradesh for harassment of E-Nadu group. In a statement issued in the evening the Chief Minister said that the Congress had adopted an undemocratic approach while initiating action against Ramaji Rao who runs E-Nadu group of newspapers and E-TV.
Gujarat Chief Minister said that this action reminded the role of Congress during the emergency. He asked people to support E-Nadu group to keep its morale.
In another development a delegation of BJP led by Ahmedabad Mayor Amitbhai Shah submitted a memorandum to the head local unit of Doordarshan alleging that the news of the state and developmental works of the government were not given coverage by the Doordarshan. They said Doordarshan was not a private company run by Congress.
