Sudhagaran’s poor attempt to eyewash Hindus

published on April 21, 2007

Kannur:Organisers of Sidhivinayaka Maha Yagam, on going from April 17 to May 2nd , are a bit confused though happy to see Devasom Minister’s best compliments letter for their efforts in official letter pad comprising his printed photo. This is the best example for the double standards followed by the Communist party.

This came as a big paradox when communist organisations like Purogamana Kala Sahithya Sangham (PUKASA) and Sasthra Sahithya Parishad are busy in organising meetings and press conferences against the yagam. According to these CPM-organisations Sidhivinayaka Maha Yagam is not a scared Hindu ritual to bring peace and prosperity to Hindus as well as to mankind in this world. They term this scared Yagam as something which takes people back to Stone Age with days of superstition. For them Yagam is a bogus religious function organised by Hindus to destroy the rationalist way of thoughts and social progress, which they often boast as their contributions, in Kerala as well as in other parts of India.

It is only few days before Minister Sudhakaran ridiculed the authority of Hindu priest (Tanthri) on deciding functions in a temple. He said Tanthri don’t have any rights on deciding the day-to-day activities and any other matters related to temple tradition. These comments created a lot of condemn and concerns among Hindu community in Kerala. Many Hindu organisations like S.N.D.P, Hindu Aykya Vedi, and All- Kerala Tanthri Samajam came forward with protests.

Now our controversial atheist minister is taking a ‘U-turn’ to protect his image by complimenting ‘Sidhivinayaka Maha Yagam’. Hindus should see the double stand by Communist party, its organisation and their Minister.

Is it the right time for Hindus to think or already late!!

Why such things are happening to Hindus and Hindu organisations. ?

Why a political party, a secular government and an atheist Minister interfering in Hindu     issues?

Why these people keep hurting Hindu feelings and loot our money and freedom, when Churches and Mosques are allowed to run and control by its believers?

Why they are not going to challenge any Bishops or Mullahs authority and reverence in religious matters?

Time is not that far for Hindus to see that their Temples and other religious organisations have been confiscated, nationalised and considered as Public sectors. Already government is recruiting  non-believers as Temple trustees.
