Secular Fundamentalism

Hurrah!! to Gurumurthy for his uninhibted expose, “The Malegaon blast and inventing Hindu terror” (TNIE-08 Nov).

A negative fall out of the ‘perverted LIES’ of our ‘secularists’ is that the image of the country gets tarnished in the eyes of the international community.Our ‘secularists’are either ignorant of this aspect,or deliberately continue with a business as usual attitude.In his excellent treatise, ‘Negationism in India-Concealing the record of Islam’,the Belgian scholar,Dr.Koenraad Elst wrote:

“Foreign correspondents in Delhi should realize that the Indian media and academia are entirely untrustworthy when it comes to reporting on Hindu-Muslim conflict.The extreme ignorance and gulibility of the foreign press provides the negationists with strategic cover.These days reporting on the ‘communal’ situation in India consists of highlighting the splinter in the Hindu eye and concealing the beam in the Muslim eye”.

 Any self-respecting human being ought to be ashamed of this damning indictment by a foreigner,who knows India.Talk of ‘Gandhigiri’.HEY RAM.

Nothing has been learnt from the ‘LIES’ purveyed by the ‘secular’ English media in 1998/’99 in reporting Jhabua/Jhajjar/Baripada et al. After all one ‘secular worthy’ wrote recently in the media:‘there are non-bearded terrorists also’.!!

The ‘secular’ English media,should realise that if the Nation has held together since Independence, despite all the problems,it is on account of Hindu spiritualism and NOT because of some imbecilic concept called ‘NEHRUVIAN SECULARISM’.

One hopes the ‘secular’ English media will introspect on the Wisdom of George Orwell (1903-1950): ” Early in life I had noticed that no event is ever correctly reported in a newspaper”. And ”  During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act”.
