Orthodox Attack on Pentecost Convention!

Puthoor: Orthodoc Christians also now started the heat of aggressive conversion by foreign funded Pentacost Churches in Kerala.

Orthodox Church authorities and a group of Orthodox youth attacked the Pentecost convention held at Puthoor . The Convention was organized by Maranatha Gospel Church.

The orthodox priest alleged that under a notorious pastor named Devasya Mullakkara, Pentecost Church is heaping abuses on other Church denominations including Orthodox and catholics.

They alleged that, Blasphemous statements and abuses against ‘Mother Mary’ and criticisms against Parumala pilgrimage was one of the topic which hurt the sentiments of Orthodox Church.

Under the mediation of Police officers, Pentecost pastors agreed not to heap abuse on other Christian communities, claimed Orthodox leaders. The recent influx of Orthoidox Christians in Pentecost church had irked Orthodox Church, told a Pentacost Pastor.

Hindu Organizations have complained several times against this illegal conversions of Maranatha Gospel Church in the area. At that time Police officials and Orthodox Church were silently supporting the conversion of naive Hindus to Christianity. But now when they started to face the heat, they have resorted to very same violence which Christian Organisations all over India allege on Hindu Organizations!
