Misuse of Govt. Machinery to promote communism and their publications

via HK published on July 4, 2007

Kottayam: Kerala Govt. ruled by CPM has ordered to purchase “EMS Sampoorna Krithikal” in all Corporation /Muncipal establishments. This book published by Chintha will fetch lakhs of revenue to the CPM which owns the publishing company. Panchayaths, Municipalities and Corporations ministry has issue order to start this huge purchase.

When 1000 Gramapanchayats, 152 Block Panchayats, 14 Jilla Panchayats, 53 Muncipal Corporations and 5 Corporations completes this purchase through this order, Chintha the CPM owned Publishing company will make Rs.36,72,000!  The amount is budgeted under the work fund for the current financial year.

In addition to this there is a special instruction from Jilla Panchayaths to order copies of these books for all libraries which come under them. Already money has been set aside in this years budget for making these purhcases in all LDF ruled panchayaths. There are 300-400 libraries which work under Govt. Grants. Once these libraries also start making these purchases, the business of EMS krithikal will touch record sales.

The government issued this order for massive purchase after Chintha Publications Manager sent a letter addressed to Municipalities and Corporations minister Paloli Muhammed Kutty on 2006 November 31 and 2007 Feb 1.

Earlier the CPM Govt. made compulsory to buy their notorious daily ‘Deshabhimani’ in all Govt. owned machineries, Schools under LDF panchayaths were not even spared from it. This is a clear case of misuse of Government Machinery and Tax payers money for spreading their agenda of hatred against Hindus.
