Minority Rights – Why not Special Punishments if they enjoys Special Privileges?

: Government should give special consideration while acquiring the land of Minority Institutions, Says High Court!

Court observed this in the case filed by St. Therasas Convent Sister in Koonamavu against land acquisition for road widening.

The court directed authorities to give special extra remuneration in cases related to Minority institutions and not the normal remuneration Tariffs followed while acquiring land of others.

A Genuine Query Pops into HK’s Mind

– Why not the judiciary then directs for special severe punishment as well, when Minority Institutions encroach the Government land illegally as happened in case of Thanku Pastor and MP Abdul Wahab?
