Kairali TV : Misguiding public
published on December 2, 2005
Today the CPM channel Kairali TV was broadcasted with a ‘Flash News†that “O. Rajagopal decided to stay away from politics and left to Amritapuriâ€. Within few minutes another leading news channel telecasted with a ‘Flash News’. ‘O. Rajagopal denied this news’.
It is very easy to understand the reality by a common man who watched that brief interview with O. Rajagopal by a hardcore communist man and Kairali TV journalist Abraham Mathew.
Let us see the reality. O. Rajagopal told the Kairali reporter that “I became very old – 76 years and due to health problem planning to minimize my political activities and also I wanted to concentrate to write some books as suggested by some of my friends. I was planning this for long time and had informed party national leaders long backâ€.
In response to Abraham Mathew about his visit to Amritapuri, O. Rajagopal said : “I am a devotee of Amma for long time and Amma was on two months foreign tour and returned to Amritapuri today, so I wish to meet her and planning to visit Amritapuri today itselfâ€.
This is what O. Rajagopal told to the Kairali reporter and they twisted that news and presented some other way.
Once again our communist visual medias successfully confused people of Kerala.
