Inauguration of District Level of ‘Amritham’, Readers’ Scheme Launched by Janmabhumi

The inauguration of District level programme of Janmabhumi’s ‘Amrutham’, a Reader’s Scheme has been done recently. The function was held in Sree Narayana High School, Chazoor, Alappad. The induction ceremony was done by Dr. Vishnu Bharatiya Swami, Madhadhipati (Madh Head) of Kanadi Kuttichathan Kaavu, Vishnumaya Temple, Peringottukara.

“The new era is filled with a bundle of challenges; the news that comes out on daily basis is filled with instances of wrong doings in society. In such situations, it is vital that we tread the path of righteousness, without falling prey to these negativities,” exhorted Swami to the children.

“The concept and eternal truth of ‘Mata-Pita-Guru-Deivam’ (Mother-Father-Guru-God) must be nestled firmly in the mind, which should serve as guiding beckons for every step in life. This will help each person scale and attain great heights in life, “ he added.

Highlighting the importance of reading, swami said, “Reading of newspapers should become an integral part of the daily lives of children. This will go a long way in making them familiar, the culture of our land and the richness of our heritage.”

The paper was received by school captain PS Mohammed. School Headmistress KB Sumam, Teacher PM Abdul Khader, PTA Executive member of the school and District Shareerik Shikshan Pramukh of RSS Laulesh, NS Sudheer, Field Organiser of Janmabhumi M Akhilesh Kumar were others who spoke at the gathering. Welcome speech was rendered by Bureau in Charge of Janmabhumi, Krishna Kumar Amalath.
