Thiruvananthapuram: The Most hyped Travancore Devaswom Board specially formed by Anti Hindu Devaswom Minister Sudhagaran is now immersed in Corruption charges ranging from Appointment of Devaswom Staffs to the Aravana Contract Scandal.

The decision to offer Aravana making Contract ( the holy offering in Sabarimala ) to  a Muslim, that too by  violating the Norms has raised protests from all Quarters. Now the Minister itself is forced to order a Vigilance Probe against his own nominated Members.

The Travancore Devaswom Board is facing the ire of the LDF Government, and in particular the concerned Minister G Sudhakaran, for awarding ‘Aravana’ contract to an incompetent company.

Daily Pioneer reports “The Superintendent of the Vigilance Department had given a report indicating that the company did not have the necessary financial background to execute the project” The report continues “The question arises as to how such a company, which does not even have the basic minimum capacity to execute the manufacturing of Aravana, considered sacred by millions of devotees, had been awarded the contract”

Sources close to Sabarimala also worries that Sudhagaran will take this chance to bring one more Ordinance to take over the activities of Board completely by the Government, So that they can make the decisions from AKG Centre on day to day affairs of the holy Shrine.

Hindu Organizations protests against the inclusion of Atheist Communist in TDB was undermined by the Kerala Media and so called Secular Hindus. The visual media which covers even a five member March of paper parties like Janathadal and Kerala Congress , puposefully blacked out the Kshetra Raksha Yatra conducted by Sri Kummanam Rajasekharan from Kasargode to Thiruvananthapuram.  Their warnings against the motives of Sudhagaran are now proven true.

For the proper administration and protection of all Temples in Kerala, Government should dissolve the Devaswom Board in the First place and then pass it to Hindu Spiritual Leaders and Devotees. There are many Temples in Kerala which are well administered under Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi- A forum made up of local Devotees.
