Guruvayur Devaswom Board testing the Patience of Devotees

via HK published on June 22, 2008

Perintalmanna: Guruvayur Devaswom
Board once again received a jolt in connection with Poonthanam controversy,
from Judiciary.

One of the strategies used
by Communist legal cell is to shift the cases to a court which is convenient
for them, where they can influence the judgement. We saw it lastly attempted in
case regarding irregularities in KeralaUniversity appointments.
Now the accused is trying to change the case from Upa Lokayuktha who is taking
a commendable stand in implementing justice.

In the case related to Poonthanam
illam and temple accompanied to it, Guruvayur Devaswom’s interest lies in
handing over it to communist controlled literary organs. Inorder to gain weightage
to the case for them Guruvayur Devaswom Board even gave an affidavit that Poet
Poonthanam never existed!

Once the case was exposed devotees
opposition forced the Devaswom to withdraw the controversial affidavit.
Devaswom Minister did his usual verbal gimmicks to cover up the whole incident.

Now the Guruvayur
Devaswom Advocate shifted the strategy and says a Munsif court has no power to hear
cases related to Devaswom! As per the new excuse the case should be shifted to
high court.

This case was in this same
court for past several years- And over the years Never this Devaswom Advocate
raised this point and when he feels the vested interests of Communists are under
stake, he is coming up with this lame excuse.

The Money of Devotees are
hear used to pay this Devaswom VBoard advocate who want to delink Poonthanam
from Guruvayur . Where ever the Devaswom take this case- To High Court or to
Supreme Court- Final judgement will be given by the devotees.

Communist leaders sitting in
the respected posts in Guruvayur Devaswom should not test the patience and
tolerance of the devotees of Lord Krishna.
