Alapuzha: Cherthala Judicial First class Magistrate Sudhakanth issued arrest warrant against Kerala Chief minister V.S Achuthanandan, CPM leader Pinarai Vijayan, CPM MP from Kasargode P.Karunakaran and Deshabhimani reporter Jayapradeep.

Arrest warrant is issued in connection with a defamation case filed Anilkumar a temple priest against a false report published in Deshabhimani – CPM’s mouth piece on 2004 December 25th. Even after repeated direction from Judiciary to appear in court, None of the CPM leaders appeared in the court.

On December 25th 2004 Deshabhimani published a false report to defame Hinduism, The content of the report was that Anilkumar a temple priest is engaged in immoral activities. Deshabhimani daily- Specialised in framing false reports and charges against Hindus ran the story without confirming whether the report is true or not. For them any thing against Temples,Temple priests, Hinduism or devout Hindus is a major news.

Few months ago Deshabhimani reported that an American created world record by eating 68 dogs! When our comrade intellectual translated the report from some English daily about an American who set world record by eating 68 Hot dogs.Similarly Deshabhimani online had published the photo Muraleedharan son of K.P.Karunakaran under the title- Bharath Murali
passed away! It was this very same Deshabhimani who killed the living sister of M P Veerendrakumar.
