Evangelization is equally dreadful as Talibanization

Religious Conversion is equally dreadful as Jihadi Terrorism

The current spotlight on Jihadi Terrorism (JT) being cleverly co-ordinated from God’s Own Country is a welcome relief after a long period of pleading ignorance by the know-alls. Whatever the security officials are discovering now has been known to the common man in Kerala at least three years back. Ideas and money for fuelling JT elsewhere in India has been coming from Kerala for quite sometime now. Talibani Brains and Riyals make deadly mix much more than RDX.

But condemning JT alone is not fair. Religious Conversion (RC) is equally dreadful. In India, JT is for physical extermination of Hindus and RC is aiming for their ideological extinction. Pakistan and Vatican are indulging in the same type of activities in India. While Pakistan’s agents are locked up in jails, the agents of Vatican are enjoying our hospitality to the fullest extent. Vatican’s representatives are running a parallel government with no impunity and connivance of the Indian government.

If Pakistan, Saudi and UAE recognized Talibanised Afganistan, Vatican did the same with East Timor. Both are identical acts and expose the real intentions of these nations. It is either talibanisation or evangelization of this entire world. India is a victim of both and we should treat both the evils with equal vigil. Fighting JT and ignoring RC will only lead to our peril. Jihad terrorism must be brought down by force and Religious Conversion by wide publicity and stripping the façade of legitimacy assumed by the Church in India.
