:
Communist Leaders are very much Vocal about “Crime Branch and Vigilance Enquiry”
when any allegations are raised against their own leaders. This policy was used
as a tactic to hoodwink public and to create an impression of transparency and
innocence ! In most of the cases the Media and Public tend to or are forced to
forget such big talks.

Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, Deshabimani and Communist party,
altogether, vehemently opposed when ‘Poomudal’(an offering) done in KadampuzhaTemple for Kodiyeri Balakrishnan by his
wife become a controversy.

Although Kadampuzha Temple Authorities confirmed that the
offering was done for the Home minister and the prasadams was taken by his wife
to Minister itself (Who claims to be a Atheist) the party organs tried to
defend him by cooking up various stories. One of the story was it was for one
other Balakrishnan from Telicherry who is a professor in a college, But that
theory also was refuted by Temple authorities as this offering was booked as
per VIP request. Being the offering booked in advance by devotees for next few
years no other Balakrishnan will get back door entry to conduct the offering.
It was later revealed that this was exposed by two TempleEmploys
owing allegiance to Achuthanandan’s faction and they were expeled from their
union for backstabbing their leader.

To cut the long story short Kodiyeri Balakrishnan in a press
meet announced that a CRIME BRANCH ENQUIRY will be conducted to expose
the conspiracy aimed at tarnishing his credentials as a staunch Atheist!

But as per the information obtained by Right to Information
act by Human Rights Defence forum, There was no such Enquiry ordered by the
Home Ministry and as expected that was only an usual eye washing stunt by the
Home Minister to save his image.

Similar to this Anti Hindu Devaswom Minister Sudhagaran also
called for a Vigilance Enquiry on Poonthanam Controversy to hoodwink the Devotees,
and no such Enquiry is ordered by the Home Ministry yet.
