CPI(Muslim)’s welfare plan

New Delhi: CPM, the most Hindu hatred Political party in India today demanded welfare plan for the Muslims communities in the country called –  “Charter Of Demands”.

The Politburo had a detail discussion and demanded the central government to take immediate action for the welfare of Muslim communities, especially educational and employment opportunities for them. The party has also demanded priority lending to Muslims by PSU banks.


Following are the major demands by the CPM for the welfare of Muslim community in the country.  


1) Job Reservations for Muslims


2) Ensure adequate opportunity for education and employment to Muslims


3) Specific budgetary allocation in development schemes for Muslims


4) Increase in funds for Wakt Board and Maulana Azad Foundation, monitoring of minority welfare schemes


5) Effective steps for protection of Wakf properties and special housing schemes for poorer sections of the community.


6) Financial help for Muslims in riot hit places


7) Steps to ensure smooth flow of credit from financial institutions and banks for self-employment.


8) List Muslims as OBCs in all states


9) Allocate more funds for Muslims in the Budget


10) Introduce schemes to upgrade traditional skills and grant of plots in residential and industrial areas for Muslims


11) Vocational training institutions with Madrassas


12) Start new hostels for Muslim


13) Increase in stipends and scholarships


14) Efforts should be made to introduce and encourage scientific and job-oriented education in Madrasas


15) CBI probes into Gujarat riot-related cases and implementation of the findings of the Sri Krishna Commission
