Church Ostracised a Communist Christian Family for marrying a Hindu girl
Kollam: May be first time in the History of Church, A DYFI leader’s Christian family is  ostracised from the orthodox Sect. for marrying a Hindu girl.

Local DYFI leader Vimal Vavachan ( 36) married a Hindu girl Latha , DYFI Central Committee member and State Youth welfare Board member against the opposition of Church.

For the Church to consider the marriage to be valid both of them should be Christians and the Church insists always to do conversion to Christianity prior to Marriage.

The Church informed that both him and his Family cease to exist as Orthodox Christians and none of their bodies will be cremated under the Orthodox Church.
