Christian channel MM TV shows its true colors

How long can a religious channel hide its true colors? Not for a long time. This was proven by the recently launched Christian-controlled Malayalam news channel Malayala Manorama Television (MM TV). The channel, launched with claims of being independent, was hiding its true colors from its inception but lost its patience recently.

One of its current affairs programs Top Reporter, controlled by a group of Christian journalists headed by Romi Mathew, launched a massive attack against the best chief minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. They sent one of their Christian journalists Ranjini Liza Varghees to Gujarat to report against Narendra Modi and Gujarathi Hindus.

In a recent Top Reporter program, it states that ground realities in Gujarat, especially in Godhra, is totally different from what the world knows. According to the reporter Godhra in still highly tense! There are chances of communal clashes between Hindus and Muslims any time!. The reporter then went to a Muslim dominated area called ‘Mini Pakistan’ and said the Muslims in this area are peace lovers and they are ready for any compromise but the present situation (the reporter means the ruling BJP government) is not allowing them to do so.

The reporter discovered that there were many inquirees conducted to find out the real culprits behind killing of 54 Kar Sevaks in Godhra but till date it is not clear who has done it. She did not forget to offer her sympathy to those ‘innocent’ Muslim terrorists arrested and jailed in connection with the Godhra massacre and the shameless journalist said they were arrested only because they were Muslims.

The reporter then went to another Muslim-dominated area in Ahmedabad and took some video clips showing leaking drain water pipes. Her intention was to tell the viewers this is the real situation in Gujarat, not what Narendra Modi claims!

However, as part of the Christian channel’s policy, the reporter did not forget to show a video clip of a church in Godhra as a ‘symbol of peace’.

The reporter concluded her report with a warning that there would be communal violence in Godhra at any moment.

Through this report the Christian channel proved they are no longer concerned with the majority of people in Gujarat or the development work done by the BJP state government. The reporter’s indention was only to create misunderstandings among the channel’s viewers.

The reporter did not mention a single word about the massive development work done by the Narendra Modi government for the past several years. The reporter forgot that Modi-ji won the election with two-thirds majority after the Gujarat violence, so the majority of people in the state are with him.

While sending reporters to Gujarat the channel’s owners should also send similar reporters to other part of India like Asom, Nagaland, Mizoram etc.. where Christian terrorists/missionaries are working day and night to eliminate the remaining Hindus to make sure these states are 100% Christian-dominated areas.
