Beware of Sachars in the soceity
Rajinder Sachar, notorious Sachar committee fame, wrote an article in an English daily which has been translated and reproduced in Madhyamam Daily run by jihadis in Kerala.
He argues that since Babri Masjid was destroyed by Hindus in December 1992, They cannot have any claim over the property now on the plea that a murderer is not given right to the property which is the fruit of a crime. Even accepting this arguement, one is at a loss to understand the logic of Sachar. Up to 1528, there existed a temple and it was after destroying the temple that a masjid was constructed there. So Muslims cannot enjoy the fruits of their crime. How can you have two principles to be applied to two parties in the same dispute?
Sachar applies the law of limitation also to argue his case in favour of muslims. Even in that case, The property is in the possession of hindus from 1949. Is nor possession for more than 60 years, sufficient to apply the law of limitation? We can understand that Sachar is hardened jihadi and all that is contained in the Sachar committte report is just to favour jihadis at any cost. He is a dangerous creature.
Click here to read his article and just imagine how dangerous is this man and his ideas.
