His proposed visit cannot be considered as, “dilution of his practice of rationalist ideology” as has been noted by the reporter, as he has already visited a temple At his native place Tiruukuvalai and he worshipped with his family. In Fact, the Indian Express itself carried reports earlier.

Of course, now he goes there to, “accept donations from Sri Sakthi Amma — who heads Sri Narayani Peedam — for a government medical scheme for children” as pointed out. Thus, he may not visit the temple, but visit the place of Sri Sakti Amma.

His act of receiving donation is no way different from his begging of crores from Sri Sathya Sai Baba. In any case, he should not be allowed to take credit for the “donation received from a temple”, as the offering of devotees is going to his hands. Therefore, the Hindu-believers have every right to question, if such exigency arises, as he used to misinterpret the facts.

It is ironical that an atheist government to accept donation from the believers. As now, atheists, agnostics, communists and all other categories and incidentally, all happen to be anti-Hindus, the Hindus should be careful about their motive.

Why can’t they themselves donate to such government schemes, after al they have enough or more than enough money.
