A Lone Battle by the Father of a SFI Martyr

published on December 21, 2007

Thiruvananthapuram: A Father is waging a lone legal battle against the Jihadi Terrorists and an ideology which deserted this helpless Father who lost his son.

It was in 1995 January 16th Jihadi Terrorists of Abdul Nasser Madni Killed Sakir –An SFI leader. 8 out of 16 accused were given life term by Thiruvananthapuram fast Track court.

With the new alliance of Communist Party with PDP and it’s leader Abdul Nasser Madni, Move has been strengthened to release the convicts. Those in Jail have submitted petition in High Court to reconsider their pnishment. Communist Party has given all supports to this move to release these Terrorists who killed one of their young student leader.

The Father of Sakir has filed a separate petition in Kerala High Court to punish the other eight terrorists who were released by the court. Instead of providing support to this father who lost his son, Communist Party is aligning with the Terrorists.

It is clear that Communist Party is not ready to loose the Terrorist Vote Bank, revolving around Madni for the sake of ideals or sympathy for a Father.
