What prompted Pope to slam Jihad now?

The pope’s remark on Jihad had already created row all over the world and will rage up in coming days too.One with a sensible mind cannot see anything special in his remarks as it is a truth proved by Jihadists itself since it’s origin and still continues.

Then what made it special is that it came from the mouth of Pope the head of Christianity, History gives us a clear picture about the brutality of both Religions Islam and Christianity who fought each other to control the world and after 9/11 America openly declared that now they are again in Crusade.

The time chosen by the pope to slam Islam is rather more important.In this new crusade between Bush and BinLaden or between Western and Middle east countries, The America and its allies can sense the losing support from the public in their own countries,at the same time Middle East is producing more and more Jihadis day by day.

In the recent Lebanon-Israel war the people in west were in utter confusion whether to support Israel or not! The media tycoons including BBC were coming up with stories supporting Jihadi propaganda.The secularists in the west were clubbed up to support the Jihadi ideology.

This alarming trend of diassociation from the Religion by the Christians in the west is the main motive which tempted the pope to open the can of worms by terming the Jihad as evil and inhuman, obviously expecting violent protest from Jehadis all over the world which may indirectly help to reorganise and regain Christianity’s lost pride in the west.
