Terrorists issue new demands for releasing Cpl Gilad Shalit

The Palestinian terrorists holding an abducted Israeli soldier as a hostage issued a new set of demands for his release.

The militants demanded the release of one thousand prisoners from Israeli jails. The militants also demanded that the Israel’s  Gaza offensive must be ended.

The Army of Islam, the Popular Resistance Committees and the militant wing of the Hamas in a joint statement laid out the demands.

The three terrorist groups have also claimed responsibility for the kidnapping of the Israeli soldier- Cpl Gilad Shalit – in the statement broadcasted on Hamas radio
