RSS International meet begins

PUNE : Vishwa Sangh Sibir, an international meet of Rashtreeya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) begins here. More than 600 delegates of Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) from 60 countries are attending the meet. Working under the banner of Hindu Swayamsewak Sangh (HSS) out of India, RSS has strong network in more than 25 countries where workers carry out their activities through weekly meetings. RSS Sarsanghachalak Mohanji Bhagwat will be personally present at the meet for two days along with some other national leaders.

The meet will conclude on January 3. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to address a public meeting on the concluding day of the meet. Meet will mainly include intellectual sessions, which will also include international issues, said an RSS official. “This meet will certainly help us to spread RSS ideology in the world”, he said. Volunteers of HSS normally meet through online wherein they meet on a particular day and time every week. One hour online shakha include suryanamskar and baudhik (discussion on various topics) in which various RSS officials have participated.
