“Roots of Terrorism” -A Report

A Symposium on “Roots of Terrorism” was organized by Americaâ’s Truth Forum in Washington, D.C. on April 28-29^th.  It was attended by prominent and highly-placed scholars and experts on Islamic Studies.  Most of them were celebrities and frequent guests on national TV and Radio Stations.  Dr. Babu Suseelan, a Psychologist and Director of Addiction Research Institute, PA and Board Member of Indian American Intellectuals Forum (IAIF) presented Indian/Hindu viewpoint in a forceful manner.  His arguments were further reinforced through a PowerPoint presentation of images and slides prepared by Dr. Arun Inala, Secretary of IAIF.

The symposium was attended by about 400 intellectuals and US opinion makers; majority of whom were Jewish and Christian Americans. IAIF members too were present in a sizable number.  This was a rare occasion for IAIF members to interact with American mainstream personalities and exchange the Indian viewpoint openly on the menace of terrorism.  It was, probably, for the first time that the presence and scholarship of Hindu Americans was recognized and appreciated by renowned global experts on counter-terrorism. Surprisingly, many of these well recognized experts on counter-terrorism did not know enough about the terrible atrocities perpetrated on peaceful Hindus by the Islamic invaders and rulers. 

Dr. Babu Suseelan, in his half-an-hour speech, explained that to begin with it was absolutely essential for the world to understand the deadly ideology that successfully transforms the simple human beings into deadly suicide bombers and terrorists. 

He said that we cannot deal with the problem of terrorism until and unless we completely comprehend the ideology which extols the virtues of killing and preaches hate, incites violence and enjoins on its followers to instill terror in the hearts of those who do not believe in Allah (8:12), insists on its followers to make a war on unbelievers who dwell around them (9:123), compels its followers to be harsh to unbelievers, tells them that  ultimate abode of infidels is Hell, directs them to lay hold on infidels, bind them, burn them in the fire of Hell, then, fasten them with a chain seventy cubits long.  The only fault of infidel was that he did not believe in Allah, the Most High. 

In nutshell, all the above guidelines form the parts of the Islamic Jihad.  Jihad, essentially, is a doctrine of permanent warfare.  Jihad, Holy War and terrorism are almost synonymous terms. Dr. Suseelan urged the counter-terrorism experts present there to think and come up with some practical ideas on how to modify this dangerous preaching or whether to impose an outright ban on such vicious teachings. 

Many of the Islamic injunctions make the coexistence of Muslims with any other people almost impossible.  That is the reason why Muslims have been in a state of perpetual war wherever they live, be it Afghanistan or Iraq, Chechnya or Sudan, Kashmir or Thailand, Indonesia or Bangladesh, Philippine or Spain, USA, UK, or India.

What is more dangerous is that the Islam has divided the entire humanity in two segments:  Darl-ul-Islam and Dar-ul-Harab.  The first one is the group of nations where Islam has been firmly established and the second one is all countries that are yet to be subjugated by Islam. Core of the sinister mischief is the Islamic teaching that it was the bounden duty of each and every Muslim to keep on fighting till the rule of Allah was established in all non-Islamic countries as well.

It is vital to understand that Islamic menace exists because of liberal’s habitual tolerance of intolerance.  Their tolerance of intolerance is not tolerance. This type of pathological tolerance, sobering sympathy for Jihadists and stony indifference to victims is immoral and barbaric. 

Tracing the History of India, Dr. Suseelan pointed out that the Afghanistan was once Hindu and a part of the original India of that time.  In 1947, Pakistan too was forcibly carved out of the Indian Territory by Islamists.  Now, feverish efforts are on by all Islamic nations to wrest the Indian Kashmir from the Hindu India.  Threats of violence, loot, murder and rape of Hindu people – all familiar tools of terrorism – have become a routine thing in the Indian Kashmir today.

Ali Sina of  Faith Freedom has said that there is one more misconception that terrorists were misguided Muslims and that they had no religion.  The terrorists are not the misguided Muslims; they were the real Muslims doing exactly what their Prophet instructed them to do, emphasized Dr. Suseelan.

Some of us mistakenly believe that terrorism in the world began from 9/11/2001.  This assumption is based on ignorance, lack of historical background and devoid of factual data.  For example, India has been experiencing terrorism for hundreds of years.  Even the so-called Moghul King “Akbar-the-Great” had killed 30,000 to 40,000 innocent Hindus in one day.

It is common knowledge in India that 14,000 young Hindu girls had to burn themselves in fire in a city named Chittor in a western sate of Rajasthan in India when Hindu soldiers were not able to defend the honor of their womenfolk against the barbarian Islamic forces.  Timur-the-Terrible ordered his soldiers to kill 100,000 Hindu prisoners in one day.  Tuzk-i-Timuri, the book written by his historian records “ËœIn a short space of time all the people in the fort were put to sword, and in the course of one hour the heads of 10,000 infidels were cut off.  The sword of Islam was washed in the blood of the infidels.”

Not long ago, in 1946, more than 5000 Hindus were slaughtered in the eastern city Kolkata in India in one day, when Muslim Chief Minister of the State of Bengal, an Indian state, ordered Muslims to take direct action against Hindus if they did not agree to partition the country.

Now in brief, I would tell you about the ethnic cleansing of Hindus and Sikhs from Pakistan.  There were 24% Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan in 1947 when the Muslims forced a partition of the country.  After the Pakistan came to be declared as an Islamic state, a reign of terror, murder and rape was let loose against Hindus and Sikhs.  They were given two choices either to convert to Islam or to leave the Land of Pure (Pakistan).  At present the number of Hindus there has been reduced to only one to two percent.  In East Pakistan, now Bangladesh, there were 30% Hindus and Christians in 1947.  They were also terrorized and tortured in the same way.  They were randomly killed, converted or forcibly driven.  Hindu number there has already come down to between eight and nine percentage.  In 1971, almost 10 million Hindus had to flee Bangladesh, then the East Pakistan.

In 1989, in India-ruled Kashmir, 350,000 Hindus were forcibly driven out; they are still languishing in refugee camps outside the Kashmir.   

In 1993, 350 Hindus were blown to bits by Islamic terrorists in country’s financial capital Mumbai.  In addition to that, Indiaâ’s national Parliament was attacked.  Prominent Hindu temples were attacked and Hindu devotees mercilessly murdered.  58 Hindu pilgrims – mostly women and children – were roasted alive in a small town called Godhra in Gujarat by a mob of 2000 blood-thirsty Muslims.   Hindus are done to deaths frequently.   Last year, when Hindus were celebrating the festival of Diwali â” the most auspicious religious festival ” in New Delhi, there were three bomb blasts and 70 Hindus were killed.  Recently, in the Hindu holy city of Varanasi, there were 3 bomb blasts killing 30 Hindus.    What has happened in U.K. is happening everyday in Kashmir in India.  The irony of fate is that nobody takes note of it when Hindus are the victims. 

Almost entire world knows that six million Jewish people were murdered by Nazis.  It is also known that 1.2 million Armenians were butchered by Turkish Muslims.  But nobody knows about the Hindu Holocaust.  There are various estimates on how many million Hindus have been slaughtered by Islamic invaders inspired by holy Quran.  Prof. Bill French of the Center for the Study of Political Islam, Tennessee, who has conducted an in-depth research on the subject, told me that Muslims have killed 120 million human beings around the globe (including 40 million Hindus in India alone).  Hugh Fitzgerald of Jihad Watch says that in sheer numbers, no group of people has suffered from Islam like the Hindus.  He further says that it is amazing how few Americans and British of Indian origin seem to know the history of their own ancestors.  Prof. K.S. Lal writes that 60 to 70 million Hindu victims were murdered by Muslim rulers. 

Will Durant, the celebrated author of “The Story of Civilization” has said that “the Islamic conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history”.  Anwar Shaikh, a Pakistani Muslim scholar of repute settled in UK, in his book “This is Jihad” says that The Muslims must fight non-Muslims.  Thus, the “People of the Book”, i.e., Jews and Christians are equally infidels like the Hindus, the Buddhists, the atheists, etc., and must be killed unless they submit before the Islamic sword and live as tributaries to acknowledge their humiliation through payment of Poll Tax. Mr. Koenraad Elst, the Belgian scholar and Indologist says that there is a place in Afghanistan called The Hindu Kush, which means the slaughter of Hindu. 

At the present moment, Hindus are under siege in India.  Muslim population there is rising with leaps and bounds.  There are 162 million Muslims living in Pakistan.  There are approximately 150 to 160 million Muslims in India; Bangladesh has another 147 million Muslims.  Roughly one-third of the worlds Muslim population lives in the Indian sub-continent.  This is a very frightening scenario for India.

It is said that the chronic diseases call for drastic remedies.  Detailing some possible solutions to the serious Muslim problem, Dr. Suseelan suggested that the immigration in United States from the Islamic theocracies should be stopped forthwith and the United Nations must disqualify from its membership all nations practicing Islamic theology.  Most of all, the teachings of Quran that preach intolerance and murder of infidels should be suitably modified.  Imports from nations supporting terrorist  training and activities should be taxed heavily. 

Enlightened audience in the high-profile Symposium was horrified and shocked at the information provided and profusely applauded Dr. Suseelan time and again.  Later, many groups invited him to speak on television, radio, and in their meetings..
