HINDRAF – One of the premier organisaction of People of Indian Origin residing
in Malaysia and Human Rights Foundation prepared a detailed paper –
“INSTITUTIONAL RACISM AND RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN MALAYSIA”, for presentation
before :United State’s House Committee on Foreign Affairs”, copy of the same is
attached with this mail.
Malaysia is a classic example of countries having institutional racialism. All Laws, Rules and regulations favour 54% of Malay Muslims. Rest of the 46% of the
population comprising Hindu’s, Buddhists, Christians, Chinease etc are treated as second class citizens.

Seven percent of Malaysia’s population are Hindu’s. Present Malaysian Constitution and rules framed thereunder are depriving Hindu’s equal opportunities in par with Muslims. Refer attached study paper, how aparthied is practiced in Malaysia.

Please support HINDRAF in its campaion on elemination of aparthied in Malaysia.
