Coimbatore ex-Bishop’s Rs.4.5 Cr. Property seized by Enforcement Wing.

A report in Dinamalar, 27-2-13; p.11, says that Enforcement authorities have seized properties worth Rs.4.5 Crores from former Bishop Manikkam Durai of the Coimbatore See and his brother Murthy. It is said that the properties were purchased by them using money embezzled from the Church.
So why not Government Control over Christian Churches? A CR&CE Act?
