Pastor Accused of Sexually Abusing Minor Arrested

A pastor has been arrested recently for sexually abusing an 8 year old girl. The pastor, Victor George, had committed the crime five months back and was in hiding all long. He was making arrangements to flee for foreign shores.

According to sources, Victor works in Karikkamuttom Home in Vettikavala, Kottarakkara, who used to make house visits for healing prayers. The girl’s family was one such. After committing the crime Victor was in hiding, with police trailing him.

The recent arrest was made after a tip off received by by Pathanamthitta district police superintendent. Victor was nabbed from Kasargode. Police had earlier arrested a woman associated with the crime, named Elizabeth.

Victor has been remanded by Pathanamthitta Sessions Court.
