The recent success in converting many people from ‘Malayaraya- Mannan’ tribes has gave them more confidence. With their foreign money they have managed to influence many forest guards and government tribal officials to infringe into tribal areas inside deep forest for conversion.

The already converted ‘Malayaraya’ people are being used to get into such sensitive tribal establishments (called kudi) for religious conversion. Devikulam taluk have more such kudi’s in Idukki district. C.S.I Pentecost group are working in around 40 tribal areas for conversion. The first step is to start humanitarian activities by establishing health centres and primary schools. Converted Christians who go there as teachers slowly brainwashes the children to question their parents religion and culture. Children’s are adopted and taken to boarding schools in town, where they are encouraged to adopt a life style of disobedience and taught to feel resentment on their believes.

Nearly 215 ‘Muthuva’ kudi’s are facing the threats of deracination from their culture and believes by Pentecost cult. Here many youths are lured to money, alcohol and obscene movies are shown in their tribal houses (Kudis)
