Why was Karat silent when China supplied nuclear and satellite technology to Pakistan?

Comment by Shri Devinder Thakur on Prakash Karat’s opposition for launching the Israeli spy satellite TecSar

I fail to see the logic in the demand made by Prakash Karat that the centre should explain to the country the reasons for launching the Israeli spy satellite TecSar. His objection is that the satellite would be used to spy on Muslim countries fearing that Iran, Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan will come under its scanner. I think it is a matter of some pride for us that the world has come to recognise our prowess in the satellite technology. The launching of the Israeli satellite TecSar is nothing more than a commercial venture between a supplier and a clients state. It has nothing to do with the our independent foreign policy. I think Israel is within its right to use a spy satellite to target the countries which are threatening to wipe it from this earth. They happen to be Muslim countries is incidental Was it not a matter of concern for Mr Karat when China was supplying the nuclear and satellite technology to Pakistan and USA supplying nuclear capable F-16 planes.without any assurance from Pakistan about their end use. ?
