Narendra Modi repeatedly being defamed by Media

For the past few days the media hype has been the disinformation campaign aimed by defaming Narendra Modi. On Monday Narendra Modi has issued a three page open letter to the countrymen which mentioned that he was not summoned by the Supreme Court appointed Special Investigation Team for questioning on March 21. He reiterated his respect for the judiciary and his commitment to the law enforcing authority.

Some recent headlines in a section of the media depicted him as villain of the judiciary and the law enforcing machinery. Their reports carried titles such as `SIT summons Narendra Modi’, `Narendra Modi did not appear before SIT’. In his open letter to the public, Narendra Modi asserted that he was neither summoned on March 21 nor had he shown any disrespect to the judiciary. Interestingly, the purveyors of lies did not even bother to check that March 21 was a Sunday and whether the SIT officers were present in Gujarat on that day.

The leftist and religion controlled media in Kerala continued giving wide coverage to this news item with dubious reference to the communal violence that erupted in the state following Godhra train carnage in February 2002. Their frustration was well exposed when the leaders in Kerala and at centre turned against Amitab Bachan when the government was planning to appoint him as brand ambassador to promote Kerala’s tourism for the simple reason that Mr.Bachan has been associated with Gujarat government. In fact, they very much envy the progress achieved by Gujarat under the able leadership of Narendra Modi. Last week, Kerala government has sent an official delegation to Gujarat to study about milk production and the management of that industry from Anand and Amul factories. What a hypocrisy?
