Why no defamation suit against Dr Swamy?

published on November 27, 2010

No action can lie against Sudarshan for having repeated the points made over a decade ago by Dr Subramanian Swamy and published on his well-known political party website janataparty.org. It is been seen every day by thousands of viewers all over the world. If repeating the words of Dr Subramanian Swamy can be viewed as an offence by the Sonia Congress Police then I have no doubt that they would also treat the simple act of viewing of Dr Subramanian Swamy’s website by thousands of innocent viewers as an equal offence, if not more.

I dare the Sonia Congress police in any part of India to file a defamation suit against the Janata Party President Dr Subramanian Swamy for having published certain well-known truths about Sonia Gandhi and her family on his Party Website.

I am the ALL INDIA GENERAL SECRETARY(IDEOLOGY) OF THE JANATHA PARTY OF DR SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY. I fully endorse the views of Dr Subramanian Swamy on Sonia Gandhi and her family, which were only reiterated by K. S Sudarshan on the stage in Bhopal on November 10, 2010.

I assert my Fundamental Right not only to FREEDOM OF SPEECH but more importantly FREEDOM AFTER SPEECH, as a proud Indian with more than 500 centuries of family background in India dating back to the Age of the Vedas and the Upanishads.

2G Spectrum Scam of Raja is not the end; not even the beginning of the end, but only the end of the beginning for Sonia. Finally, I warn the alien imposter, pretender, usurper Sonia Gandhi that her time of uncontrolled misrule and unprecedented and unchecked colonial loot in India is coming to an ignominious end in the very near future.
