VHP reconverts 8 Christians and 3 Muslims to Hinduism

Mumbai,10th Jan 2010 : Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP ) here on sunday brought back 8 Christians & 3 muslims to Hinduism. The programme was organised by VHP
at Shri Hanuman Temple, Bhim Nagar in Kurar Village, Malad East.

All the families had filed Affidavits in the Local Andheri Court consenting their conversion to Hinduism.The programme started with a yagna which all 11 of them performed which the VHP District Secretary Shri Anand Kumar Pande administered them the pledge &
recieved them into the mother fold.

All the familes were provided with the Pictures of Lord Rama & were given new clothes.As per the VHP sources,this event was a part of massive reconversion programme planned by the VHP in the slum belts of the Mumbai.

In a similiar programme organised by the VHP on 1st Nov 09 about 6 Muslims from 2 families embraced Hinduism in Ekta Nagar,Jogeshwari West & before that about 16 Christians from 4 Families reconverted to Hinduism on 04th Oct 09 in Jamroshi Pada, Malad East.
