VHP files case against Karunanidhi
MUMBAI : Vishwa Hindu Parishad today filed a case in Mumbai against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi for deliberately hurting the sentiments of crores of Hindus in the country by insulting Lord Sri Ram.
VHP Secretary Prof. Venkatesh Abdeo said the case has been filed under IPC section 295 A and 153 A in the Borivali Metropolitan Court of Magistrate N.H. Mohabe.
The case has been filed by VHP Mumbai secretary Arun Handa.
The hearing of the case has been fixed on October 5.
