UPA breaks it’s own record!

via HARAN.B.R published on December 6, 2006

Two important judgments have been pronounced by the Courts of Law yesterday.

First, the ‘life term’ awarded to Sibu Soren in a kidnap cum murder case, which is a disgrace to the Nation, in the sense that, in the history of the nation, a Union Minister has been convicted for the first time. It is a severe slap on the face of UPA, which has established the fact that the UPA consists of tainted men in its ministry as claimed rightly by the opposition. Even while claiming that a person is deemed to be innocent till the verdict is given, the PM & UPA Chairman must not have forgotten the fact that Soren had already been convicted in the infamous JMM bribery case. In spite of all these developments, the PM & the Lok Sabha Speaker do not have the guts to demand his resignation, which deserves to be condemned by one and all.

Second, the important judgment of terming the “Foreigners (tribunals for Assam) Act” as unconstitutional by the SC, which had already struck down the IMDT Act. The verdict has once again established the fact that this UPA government had tried to use the back door entry for legitimizing the illegal immigrants, playing ‘vote bank’ politics.

The UPA has created a record of getting “snubbed” by the Courts of Law maximum number of times in the history of world politics and it is disgusting that it is breaking its own record every now & then. In addition, it also shamelessly attempts to make amendments in the Constitution – again a record number of times – every time when the Courts snub it.

The people of this country should understand the worthlessness & inefficiency of this Useless Pathetic Alliance and throw it out of power in the next given opportunity, otherwise this government will prove to be a grave danger to the social, secular & cultural fabric of our Nation.
