Understanding Geeta will make Management better – Prof Mahadevan

: “Understanding Geeta will make the understanding of management better. When Western management principles try to understand things in broader way, Indian principles make it in subtle way. The management principles coined by west have very short term vision. That is the reason we are seeing that many Fortune-500 companies live only for 20 years”, said Professor Mahadevan yesterday.

Professor Mahadevan, EADS—SMI Professor of Sourcing and Supply Management, Operations Management, IIM Bangalore was giving a presentation on “Hindu Way of Management†yesterday in a lecture session organized by RSS IT Milans, Arakere Valay in Gurukripa Centre of Art of Living in Arakere, Bangalore.

Around 60 professionals, including Software Engineers, Management Executives and Managing Directors from different companies like HP,Infosys,Bosch, Kumar organics, Wipro, Unisys,HSBC etc enthusiastically participated in this presentation and discussion.
