Three children handed over to Sabari Balashram

Erumeli: Three children who were abandoned in the Sabarimala forest by their Parents due to extreme poverty were handed over to Sabari Balashram, Aranmula.


 


Raju (7), Rajesh (3) and Manoj (1½) were handed over to Balashram by Child Welfare Committee in the presence of their parents and Government officials.


 


Sabari Balashram is functioning under Samoohya Seva Kendram, a charitable trust engaged in the service of poor and needy in Kerala. Although these Charity organisations are not getting huge funds from foreign countries, with the help of philanthropists in the state there are 41 institutions running under SSK in Kerala.
