New Delhi

: Yet another Terrorist pampering policy of UPA government leads to lifting the ban imposed on deadly terrorist organisation SIMI.

The ban was lifted by Delhi High court as Home Ministry provided no relevant documents before court when the case came up in the court today.

The organisation was banned in the country for past seven years under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Acts for spearheading terrorism against the Nation aligning with our Enemies

Amar Singh’s Samajwadi party were against the ban of SIMI and had earlier advocated many times to lift it’s ban. It is yet to ascertain the role of Samajwadi party in influencing the report submitted by Home Ministry.

Is this lifting SIMI ban in tune of UPA- Samajwadi party deal made for Nuclear deal?
