Temples to bear the Expenses of President’s Luxuries
Shirdi, Maharashtra :In a bizarre move, famous Shridi temple authorities have been asked to foot the bill of development work being undertaken for the visit of the President.
Rs. 93 lakhs was spent to complete the work that included a helipad, repair of roads in and around the temple complex.
If the President needs new Helipad, Helicopter, beautified roads, and all other luxury while visiting a Temple, The State and Central Government should bear the expenses.
Expecting the Temples to bear the expenses for the Nation’s First Lady’s luxuries whenever she visit a Temple is the height of hypocrisy.
