Subramanian Swamy will move SC on Sonia’s qualifications

NEW DELHI: Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy today said he will move the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court’s dismissal of his writ petition challenging Congress President Sonia Gandhi declarations regarding her educational qualifications given during 2004 Lok Sabha elections.
In a statement here, he described the High Court order as “untenable”.
