Sonia Maino’s revenge against a Human Right Activist

via HK published on December 15, 2007

Thiruvananthapuram:If the Christian Mafia in Kerala can divert CBI Enquiries with the help of their Madam in New Delhi, State Human Right Commission is a small fish for them.

Taking away public’s belief on it State Human Rights Commission ordered a Vigilance probe against Jomon Puthenpurackal- Who stood fearlessly since the beginning to expose the Christian Mafia’s role in the Murder of Sister Abhaya.

Jomon earlier pointed out the role of Sonia Maino in the Sabotage of CBI enquiry in the behest of Christian leaders in Kerala. The Powerful Christian Mafia is now all out to crucify this Human Right Activist, and for that purpose they are using Human Right Commission itself for that!

Ironically, State Human Right Commission headed by Justice A Lakshmikkutty Amma issued the order as per the section 12 of the Human Rights Act which refers to inquiry into the allegations against a public servant.

According to the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, a public servant should be someone whose salary is paid by the government or who is by some way attached to a State or Central Government-controlled body.

Jomon Puthen Purakkal is definitely not a Public Servant as per the above criteria and it is crystal clear that this agency is acting in behalf of Christian Mafias order from New Delhi.

The order of Human Rights Commission was on a complaint by Samson Manuel, Kottayam. She asked the Kottayam Vigilance SP to conduct a probe into the sources of income of Jomon Puthenpurackal and file a report before January 4.

Jomon Puthenpurackal today in a press meet told that the Human Rights Commission was trying to defame him by registering false cases and ordering inquiries overstepping its power. He would sue the complainant for defamation.
