Shri Guruji in Braille

via www.organiser.org published on June 26, 2006

Shri Rohit Mahato and Shri Vipin Tarun Das are busy in writing the biography of Shri Guruji Golwalkar in Braille. Both are visually challenged. It is for the first time that the life sketch of Shri Guruji is being written in Braille. Rohit is a graduate and Vipin has passed his M.A. from the Jadavpur University, West Bengal. They say that they lost their eyesight in childhood after an illness. Rohit’s father and Vipin’s elder brother are karyakartas of RSS and so the youngsters imbibed patriotism as they grew. They want all visually challenged persons to become aware of their patriotic duties by reading, in Braille, the biography of Shri Guruji, a source of patriotism to lakhs of Hindu youths. The year 2006-07 is the birth-centenary year of Shri Guruji and this is quite a thoughtful way to pay tributes to Shri Guruji. Both the youth are worried that the foreign elements are trying to convert the visually challenged people through various allurements.  (VSK, Chennai)
