Sharad Pawar asks Maharashtra govt to explore housing quota for Muslims

MUMBAI: NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Wednesday said the Maharashtra government should explore the possibility of giving reservations to Muslims in housing schemes.
“Many poor Muslims come to with grievances that they cannot avail a housing scheme,” Pawar said. He asked minister of state for housing Sachin Ahir to look into the issue.
