Severe blow to the ‘Jihadifying Dreams’ of congress, AP HC quashed Muslim reservation

via HK published on February 8, 2010

Hyderabad: Once again Indian Judiciary stood against divisive Minority pampering Politics of Congress by quashing the legislation of Andhra Government to provide four percent reservation to Muslims in education and jobs.

Chief Justice A R Dave , heading the seven member constitutional bench made it clear that reservations cannot be provided on the babis of Religion. This is the third time since 2004 Andhra highcourt is quashing this attempt of Congress to divide the Nation once again in the name of Religion.

Even after continued Humiliation over this matter Congress is still toeing in this line to divide the Nation in the basis of Religion. It has to be remembered that British and Congress succumbing to call for reservation by Jinnah’s Muslim league eventually led to the partition of the Nation into Pakistan and Bangladesh. Those Muslims who stayed back in India had agreed to accept equal treatment along with others and to respect the law of the Nation. But repeated attempts by Congress to sanctify the demands of a section of fanatic Muslims had bought deep divisions within the secular fabric of the Nation.

This Verdict should be taken as a lesson by Central Government and dump the Rangnath Mishra Commission report in the dust bin and stand up for the integration of the Nation, Atleast for once- Yes indeed for a change. And the West Bengal who now mooted 12% reservation for Muslims should also take a cue from this verdict and stay from being further embarrassed. Unfortunately in Kerala the Muslims are enjoying these reservations now for a long and no one had yet challenged this practice in the court. Hope Hindu organisations and Nation loving citizens will come together to question the Kerala Government’ stance in this matter.
