Senior RSS Pracharak and VHP Vice President Omkar Bhave Passed away

New Delh: Senior RSS Pracharak and VHP national vice president Omkar Bhave passed away here on 11.15 am on Thursday. He was 85.

He was in ICU at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for almost a month after he complained of breathlessness. He was brought to the VHP Karyalay in R.K. Puram on Thursday at 11 a.m. after his condition deteriorated. He died in the office.
 

Bhave a lifetime pracharak devoted  his life for the Nation since he joined RSS in 1938. Bhave was born in Azamgarh district in UP.

He was cremated in the presence of a large number of people at Nigambodh Ghat at 5 p.m. on Thursday.VHP leaders Acharya Giriraj Kishore and Ashok Singhal, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) former Sarsanghchalak K.S. Sudarshan and BJP’s  Rajnath Singh and Arun Jaitley were among those paid tributes to the departed soul.
