via HK published on January 5, 2010

Kochi: Indian Judiciary once again stood for the true secular ethos envisaged by the Nation and temporarily thwarted the evil designs of Kerala Government to Islamize the state.

The Kerala High Court today stayed the Communist state government’s proposal to start an Islamic bank on the lines of Shariath – The Islamic law

“The government shall not commence operation of the proposed institution,” a division bench comprising Chief Justice S R Bannurmath and Justice Thottathil B Radhakrishnan said while hearing a petition filed by Janata Party leader Dr Subramanian Swamy.

The government in its October 14 order, had accorded sanction for registration of Islamic Finance serving company by Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) to provide financial services in accordance with Shariah law. The CEO of the proposed company has to report to the Shariah advisory board.

Subramaniam Swamy , Former Law Minister of India had always waged one man battle against the pseudo seculars whose aim is to divide the Nation on the basis of Religion.

Haindava Keralam in behalf of it’s all readers extend our heartfelt gratitude to Swamy, for taking up this cause and there by aiming to isolate the forces who wants to communalise the Nation.
