Sabari Saranasramam Project – Updates

As communicated earlier, by the grace of Swami Ayyappa as well as your whole hearted support, Sabari Saranasramam Project is operational since 2009 onwards serving thousands of Swami bhakthas during each mandala season. Year after year number of devotees benefiting from the facilities there are increasing considerably. During last sabarimala season more than 100,000 devotees participated in the annadanam at the center. The center is also serving devotees during first few days of each malayalam masam.A master plan, for the construction of the edathavalam is already prepared jointly by Sri Kanippayur Krishnan Namboothiri and Directors of Arnamula Vastu Vidya Peedom for construction of Sabari Saranasrama Project .
 
We are happy to inform you that , by the grace of Swami Ayyappa, we are starting construction of first phase of “Sabari Saranasramam  Project” on 16th September 2011. Initial plan is to complete construction of “Manikanta Balasramam” building as well as first phase of “Hospital” facilities. We are expecting support from all the devotees in this deva karyam.
 
Bhumi pooja and Shilanyas will be performed by Poojya Thanthri of Sabarimala,  Tazhamon Madom Kandaru Maheswararu on Friday, 16th September 2011 and punya muhoortham is at noon 12 PM . Poojya Raja of Pandalam, Sri Kummanam Rajasekharji, Hon. Panchayath President are also expected to present during this ceremony.
 
There will be another public function also with respect to the stone lying foundation which is expected to be held on October 17 2011. We are expecting prominent personalities from various parts of India including ministers and details of which will be communicated separately soon
